The Founder Story
From one floor to owned distribution and the AI engines that measure it — now open to consumer brands as a customer-acquisition network.
Chapter 01 — The Floor
No agency playbook. No marketing budget. Just a founder on the floor every day, watching what actually makes people show up, stay, and buy. That obsession became WTF — a vertically integrated consumer enterprise built city by city, floor by floor.

Chapter 02 — The Network
Owned spaces across India. A 300+ screen high-dwell network inside them. An app, a marketplace, an academy. Then WTF Labs started shipping the engines that now define us: a Voice Engine holding sub-second Hinglish conversations, a Video Engine producing 100 reels a week, computer vision running live on the floors. Every layer built in-house, every layer feeding the next.

Chapter 03 — The Audience
Crores of monthly TV impressions. Lakhs of customer hours every month. Lakhs of app users, a marketplace shelf, and product samples placed directly into people's hands at their most receptive moment. The rare part isn't the reach — it's that we own every surface in the chain, so the same person can be followed from the sample to the scan to the purchase.

Most brands buy impressions they can never measure.
Chapter 04 — The Realization
Years of selling to our own customers taught us how consumer brands actually grow in India — trial first, reminder second, repeat purchase third. Then brands started asking to get in front of that audience, and we saw what they were used to buying: reach, delivered as a report, with no way to tell which of it ever became a customer.
Chapter 05 — Amplify
WTF Amplify is measured customer acquisition for consumer brands. The same surfaces that built WTF — shelf, screens, app, floors, events — opened up, with the engines we wrote wired underneath them so every campaign reports the loop it ran: exposure, trial, action, purchase, repeat. Not a vendor selling impressions. A network accountable for customers, founder-to-founder.
